hello...i saw a rating from you with one star because you've stated you didn't receive the sweater. i am very sorry to hear that. i used the prepaid label posh provided me and it says the package was delivered. it would be better if you didn't give me a poor rating for something out of my control and instead contact posh for assistance.

@mackbella it would be best not to rate the sale at all. please open a case with posh. 3 stars still affects my seller stats and it isn't anything ive done wrong 😔 posh will work with you and me to determine what happened but you'll need to open a case with them.

@mackbella are you in an apt or townhome maybe? the tracking status says it was delivered so im sure it's nearby. have you moved recently and possibly forgot to update your address information on your posh account? i think i can go back and see where it was sent.
