uk12 Hello Gabriela, tried accepting your order but it keeps giving me an error code and below is the possible answer i got from poshmark. Does your shipping address match your billing address? If not, that may be the issue since the system defaults to them being the same. If the addresses do not match, please make sure you uncheck the gray box that says "shipping matches billing" and then submit your billing address.

uk12 Or Are you by any chance attempting to use a prepaid card? If so, make sure that the card used has a billing address registered with it. Additionally, we have cleared out the stored payment details on your account and suggest that you try purchasing with your prepaid card on an iOS or Android device. The next time you select the Buy Now or Make an Offer button you will be prompted to input the card information.

uk12 Hi Gabriela, this is the response i got from Poshmark. Thanks for your email. The error code you are receiving indicates an issue with the buyer's account. The buyer must contact support@ poshmark.com directly for further information.

gabriela_amor87 @uk12 ugh! Yes they replied. I was declined with that card because I had used it right before making a bigger purchase. I just changed my card to my bank one. However, if it happens again is cause my shipping is different from billing. Try one last time and if it doesn’t work then I understand if you need to give it to someone else. I apologize again for this confusion and appreciate you following up.
