kzee7 @gabrielacruz18 Hello, I received the scarf ahead of time. I inspected it quickly as we were on the go today. I noticed a couple of snags and one small part with lose threads. There are also pillings which are normally when wearing it.

kzee7 @gabrielacruz18 I didn’t ask but do u have a pet? The scarf has either dog or cat fur which is I’m allergic to. There are a few of them.🙁 I may need to request return due to these concerns not disclosed.

kzee7 @gabrielacruz18 I will request return if that is ok. I want to keep it as it is beautiful just scared that snags will get worse. Also not sure if fur or hair but there’s a few white strands all over it. It is beautiful though and I’m sad to let it go.😢

gabrielacruz18 @kzee7 there were no snags when I sent the scarf let alone pet hair. I will not be issuing a refund, unless there is some way for PM to guarantee the scarf will get back to me as sent—which was not with snags.

kzee7 @gabrielacruz18 unfortunately, that’s how I received it. I will not accept item that was not as described. I just received it. And it came that way. Sorry, I’d you refuse refund I will file a claim with both my p@yp@l and credit card. I have a very good standing here and never had someone refuse refund for not as described item.
