@sarawoodman Hi Sara! First of all - I’m so sorry for the delay. I shipped this package along with a couple others on the 22nd and for some reason this one isn’t tracking yet, when the others have been delivered without any issues.

@sarawoodman I’ve been in touch and opened a ticket with Canada Post on the 26th and they’re telling me to wait until next week until they can help me resolve this any further. I understand how frustrating this is but I promise I’m doing my best to move the package forward/figure out where it is. I will reach out as soon as I have any news about it. Thank you for your patience 🙏🏻

Hey Gabriela!! Have you looked into the shipment!?? You sent it out on the 22nd??? Did you get a tracking receipt?? Did you drop it in a mail box or did You bring it to the post office?? Sorry I’m just wondering what’s going on cuz I really want My package or my money if it’s not gonna come??

@sarawoodman hi Sara, as I said above, I have looked into in and have a case open with Canada Post regarding the package. I do not have a receipt, the package was dropped off in a mailbox with a few other packages that have been shipped without an issue, so there has definitely been some kind of issue with this particular one.

@sarawoodman Unfortunately I can’t cancel the order and have a refund be processed for you, I don’t have the option to do that. If you have the option to, I understand if you do cancel. I’m doing everything I can to resolve this with Canada Post and once I have any news from them I will communicate it back to you.

@gabcd I understand girlie!! I’m not trying to give you a hard time!! I appreciate your time and effort in getting this to me. It’s so frustrating that Canada post hasn’t givin us an update. Hi @sarawoodman! I just got an email from Canada Post saying "we are notifying you that a delivery scan has not yet been uploaded to the Canada Post tracking system to indicate delivery of this item. Your file is being transferred to the Canada Post Claims team for further investigation."
I'm guessing they should be reaching out to me today/next couple days. I will keep you posted!
