whatsmineisyurs hi there! i just got your shoes out and ready to start packing when i realized something. i'm not sure if you're familiar with the brand, but sometimes Cathy Jean shoes have a strong shoe polish-like smell. since these have been stored in my closet for over a year, the smell is noticeable now. airing them out of the box helps a TON. if you have any issue with the possible smell, let me know before tomorrow afternoon and i can cancel the sale. otherwise i will be shipping around noon CA time.

whatsmineisyurs @gmzetta unfortunately, there isn't :/ if you update your shipping address in your posh profile, and reach out to posh support and give them the address as well, they might be able to generate a new label if you explained what happened. i'm so sorry this has been such a hassle!

73tinker Hi, I just received your message regarding, not receiving the Docs. On my end it shows that they were received on the 17th. How do you receive your mail? With a box the size that I sent them and most likely they would've been dropped off at your door. Is there a possibility that someone could've taken them off your porch? I will write posh to see what is going on. Thank you for your information about not receiving them.

gmzetta @73tinker I live in Harlem in NYC so I know they wouldn't leave them at my door because of theft, but if they did that's very strange. Usually they are sent right back to the post office if I'm not there to answer the door and receive it. I hope them being stolen wasn't the case because the shoes are soooo cute. Do you have a tracking number you could send to me for the post office's sake?

73tinker @gmzetta I just sent a email to posh. Hopefully I will hear back from them today. Sometimes they take forever to hear back from him. As soon as I hear back from them, I will let you know what they say. I am sorry you have not received them. I am very OCD regarding the processI putting the package together. Print packing slip, putting it with the item, packaging them, then putting the packing slip on top. I always get it out the same day that they are purchased.
