@gabriellahun I took it into the post office with 3 other posh boxes and dropped them in the bin. No receipt but this has happened before a few times. I have reported shipped but not tracking twice to Poshmark in the past few days which is what I have done in the past in this situation. The few packages that were delayed in the past always showed up within about 2 weeks. Let’s give it a few more days and then touch base. Does that work for you?

It’s on the Poshmark shipping label which I just realized! On the USPS website it says that the package is on its way to a USPS facility. I’ve signed up for tracking alerts to be sent via text so that I can monitor. Let’s see if there are any updates updates over the next few days.

Hi, just an FYI… I shipped it within the three days, the post office didn’t scan it in a timely fashion. And I thought the box was more substantial than the pouch. If you wanted a pouch, u could’ve asked me to send it to u. I never mentioned a pouch in the item description.

They told me I have to wait 10 days from the last tracking update to contact them again and they will handle it
The jays update said it was supposed to be delivered on the 14 th
So that will make it the 24th and I will contact them again on that day

I'm not sure what happened I purchased this necklace on December 3rd for $40.80 they took it out of my account then I got a message today December 5th that I didn't finish the order so I pressed complete and then I paid a different fee today and then you canceled it because you said I ordered it twice I really would like to fix this
