I made a complaint since I drop the package off on Monday and they told me that they will scan it at destination. Package should arrive today or tomorrow.

I already opened a case with Poshmark and they will send you and her labels to ship to each other. We will cover the shipments expenses. I’m SO sorry. We ship with extra care and I’m not sure why this hapened

We accidentally misplaced labels and there is another buyer who has your pair and you have hers. I already opened a case here in poshmark so that they can send you both labels to ship to each other the pairs. I’m SO sorry. We ship everyday and we never have this issues!
