mariecastineyra Hi Gabriella, I purchased your David Yurman 3 x necklace. I got an email today stating that it was delivered at a reception desk but I live in a private home and have not received the necklace to date. I’m not sure what I should do. Lmk thanks! Marie

bouncybailey @mariecastineyra Hi Marie, just seeing your note. I am looking at a confirmation from the post office that it was delivered on December 12th at 8:56 AM and signed for by M. Castineyra. I am not sure what happened here. The tracking number is USPS 9410811202061493037991. I will check with the Post Office for proof of delivery and see what else I can learn. Thanks.

mariecastineyra Thank you. I never signed for anything but my daughter just checked my mailbox and there were two packages inside. I’m working right now but I will open them when I get home and let you know if one of them is the necklace. bouncybailey @mariecastineyra Hi Marie, I received a proof of delivery email from the post office with a screenshot of the delivery signature that reads "agent CO-19" and the address is your address. I also received an email from Poshmark that you notified them and are aware of the situation. I'm so sorry this has happened! I hope it turns up!! LMK.
