lolaluxx Hi love. I’m so sorry how you received one of the charms it must’ve happened as it was in its way to you. All of my Coach items are brand new so this was very shocking. I see you like the wizard of Oz collection and I will be happy to send you one of the wristlets or another charm from the collection if you like, or even the coin purse to replace that broken charm.
