charlie19611 Hi. I received the sailor pants this evening and I love them but the zipper is broken. They will not zip up or down past this point as zipper is totally off. I have not even been able to actually try them on.😞 I am willing to take them fir alteration if we can work something out. Have pictures but not sure how to post them on here.

lacrimimosa @charlie19611 Oh God, I’m so sorry. I never had that issue. I had to tug at certain times, but they ALWAYS zipped up. I wouldn’t have sold them if they were far gone like that. I tried them on before putting them on.

lacrimimosa @charlie19611 I think it must have been crushed in the mail or something because in my pictures you can see it’s zipped up fine. The hook is missing as noted, but nothing like that. We’ll shoot.

charlie19611 @lacrimimosa I know I was so bummed but knew they looked fine in the photos! I know they were not a lot but I am probably looking at another 12 to 15 to get the zipper done. I really do want to keep them as I date someone from NY and wanted them for next fleet week visit.

charlie19611 I don’t want anything to go against you as you have been nothing but gracious. I don’t know what Poshmark does on a claim. Lets just leave it on basis between us and I will purchase in the future (or sooner as I have not had a chance to cruise your closet ) and I will just get them altered. Thanks doll!

lacrimimosa @rjdotson That's so strange. I measured myself to make doubly sure that I was still a 28, and I was, but it fit like 26. Kind of disappointed :/ But, these days I measure things out myself because something similar happened to me.
