poshfrau Just clicked your closet to follow you and I was so taken with the fish in that photo! It’s silly but I’ve honestly never seen such a colorful fish that’s not in an ocean or public aquarium. So pretty!

gabbymay94 @rissa_m33 hi! Sorry I didn’t get back to you- I ended up going into labor at 36 weeks so we’ve been in the hospital with our new babe! No worries about the shipping- it’s been bad weather here too with a lot of snow. I’ll be looking forward to it’s arrival!

gabbymay94 @rissa_m33 so I received the sock, but it doesn’t charge... It continues to say sock battery 0% while plugged in (my husband and I have tried using both ends of sock cord) and when we disconnect it- it says sock battery dead. Do you have any suggestions? I’d hate to have to send it back or make a claim but I don’t see any other option at this point....

rissa_m33 @gabbymay94 @gabbymay94 we had only used the socks once or twice our twins were born premature and we wanted them just in case since they were tiny babies..I can either refund you, change out the owlet for the other or I can send you the other charger. I’m a honest and nice person I had no idea I’m so sorry!!! I will make this right for you ❤️ they have been sitting in the boxes so that was definitely something I didn’t know or I would of never of sold it...

rissa_m33 Hey girl so it is not working we have absolutely no idea why..we spent over $400 for these bran new in store and I’m actually really annoyed..I’m so sorry! :( we read online that chargers or the sock thing itself do go out pretty easily..kinda not worth it to buy a new one if I was you or atleast get a warranty on one if you do. So so so sorry! This has never happened so I don’t know how to refund you but I believe you will have to not accept the order etc...it was an accident :(

rissa_m33 @gabbymay94 your welcome it’s not working it says payment already released after 72 hours so I can’t cancel it but what we can do is you post that sock for sell and I buy it right away the same amount I charged you etc so that way you get your money back! Once I receive the sock I will make sure to throw it away since it doesn’t work, I can’t believe it!
