shopivygirl @gnsmithgns hi..I sent you the shoes recently and I’m concerned at the rating as I have never gotten anything below a 5 star. When I mailed the shoes off they looked exactly like the photo.. Can u send myself or poshmark photos of the shoes please as I am concerned they may have gotten damaged in shipment.

haleyg24 Hi there. I saw that the shoes your purchased were given a low rating due to item cleanliness. I know when they were sent out they were clean and in shape like the photos. Could you possibly let me know where the issue is? I want to make sure they weren’t damaged during shipping since it took awhile.

gnsmithgns @shopivygirl hello, the shoes were very dusty like they haven’t been wiped or anything. It also look like the front of the left shoe had wear and tear on the front of it. Like it had been slightly glued back together or coming apart.

gnsmithgns @haleyg24 hello, the shoes were very Duarte like they Haden’s been wiped off. Also the left shoe looked like it was either glued together in the front or in the process of falling apart. I had to color with a marker to cover the ripping of the shoe that started to show the white glue or something. I’m not upset but just a little saddened that it had these small issues .
