lolas_boutique_ @seltzer81 hi Gail I was going through my sales to make sure all is well and noticed yours hasn’t gotten to you yet! I’m not sure what’s going on at this point. I have one other item in the same situation shipped when yours was. I am so super sorry and can only assume it’s lost unless it’s been delivered and never scanned in.

lolas_boutique_ @seltzer81 I have no idea my friend, I checked on it yesterday AGAIN, do you want to just cancel this? If you get it just keep it. If I get it back here I will let you know. I am so so so very sorry, I am very embarrassed that this has happened. It’s just not fair. I have lost these pretty high quality earrings. But it’s been long enough. I understand you want the item or refund, I would too. I am so very sorry about this.

lolas_boutique_ @seltzer81 I had never heard back from you so I was hoping it had delivered and just not tracked ,that does happen but I see that you have said you don’t have them. I will just issue a refund right now. I have another item shipped same time in the same situation so I can on,y assume they are both lost.

lolas_boutique_ @seltzer81 no if they do just keep. I just tried to refund you but it says shipped so it won’t allow me to cancel so I sent posh a message asking them to refund you for me. Let’s see what they say, I know you WILL be refunded bc it has not gotte to you. No worries it’s just when will they do it is the issue. I hope sooner rather than later you have waited too long! I’m so sorry.
