dolledup1 Hi, thanks for your purchase, i can assure you that the bag was packaged in a large enough box to prevent shape damage along with packing paper. I'm not sure what the mail carrier did to damage the box but happy the bag wasn't damaged. Thanks

dcmartinis Hi Gail, Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you, but I needed to go through my Spring boxes to find this. I found that I do not have it in the 1X in White only in Green. In White I have it in either a 2X or a 3X. Once again, I truly apologize. I have yet to have time to go through Spring yet and update my Posh inventory.
