sabrinamayfield Hi Gail,thank you so much for the sweet love note!im so glad you loved the boots,just a FYI I have been in contact with post because both orders went thru,the one for 1 pair of boots and the second for both pair,I explained this was an error but somehow they marked the first as delivered as well .I have emailed them back that they need to cancel the first but and I am still awaiting a response:)

gailmacdonald @sabrinamayfield -- they are not doing anything.... they said they have been shipped and accepted, and refunded me 5.00 I told them I will never be doing business with POSH again. Please help me on this I live on a low fixed income of less than 10 grand a year and do not buy just to buy. I purchased 2 pairs and am now being charged for 3. So upset

sabrinamayfield @gailmacdonald Instead of cancelling they marked as shipped -oyy.I’m did sent another message but have not heard back as of yet,I will keep you posted.usually posh is great with things so I am hopeful they will get it fixed .

gailmacdonald @sabrinamayfield :( Just causes me stress which I do not need! I am not putting that on you or me(well me some)am putting my dissatisfaction on POSH, clearly we bundled 2pairs, paid and received... the third pair is their doing, not ours

sabrinamayfield @gailmacdonald it def would be easier if they had a way to contact them via phone :( No worries I’m on it,I started emailing them right when I got the notice saying I hadn’t delivered the “first”order .I should have just canceled it on my end In retrospect that wood have have been easier .but I’ll make sure it’s taken care of

ebocol2 Hello, you bought the Lot of 3 XXL Maxi Dresses from me. I am sorry, but I am currently out of stock on the navy blue maxi dress, I wanted to know if you would like me to replace that color with brown, Teal, or a Purple dress in that size.
