Hello, I ordered the rainbow coach C charm on the 15th and it stilled hasn’t shipped. It was supposed to be a Christmas present and I thought you shipped out the same day. Can you tell me the status? Thank you.

@cheriak Hi-I did ship this thru the USPS on the same day you ordered it. Unfortunately, they have still not provided tracking information and they are blaming Covid19 and personnel issues for the delays. Poshmark contacted me last week about the shipment and I thought they contacted you, too. I sincerely apologize for this, will follow-up again tomorrow and will personally provide you with an update.
