chef_kay101 Hi. UPS tried to deliver your coat on April 1. They didn't leave it because the area you wanted it shipped to wasn't secure. Not sure why you rated me one star when I shipped the package out on time but you weren't there to receive it on April 1st. It shows you received it on April 5th. Please verify you have your coat now.

galegreene108 I have not yet received the coat. I am unsure why you received that information as my tracking number shows that I need to schedule redelivery. The original address was a secure location as it is a nonprofit organization. Please let me know what I can do to actually receive the item I paid for. Thank you.
