aniflies Hello, I see you were very unsatisfied with your recent order. I’m sorry if the description mentioning that the brown was used and the pictures of every shades swatched somehow gave you the impression that the shadows were untouched, or if there was an error in any picture or description that somehow made you believe the item included a sleeve and original packaging. The clasp has always been less-than-functional, I believe that is why Marc Jacobs has updated the packaging.

aniflies I see you’re from New York — I used to be as well, as a Columbia student on academic scholarship. But as I was unable to feed myself, I ended up hospitalized in AZ. After your rating, I am probably going to have to delete my account. I am still just trying to make enough money to reach 90 lbs. luna9312 @aniflies Hi, I understand if I wanted brand new and in box, I should've purchased it from department store, not from Poshmark. You are right about the box and sleeve, nowhere in your description or pictures says anything about box and sleeve, but I reread your description a few times after receiving the item.

luna9312 It looked to me that only one shade was used - brown and " otherwise new". When I received it, it looked like other shades were used, not lightly watched. And clasp was broken. I think you should've mention it. I still "accepted" the purchase. My remarks were for you to know that your listing was not 100% clear.

luna9312 @angelswitzer77 Hi, I have all my Poshmark purchases delivered to my work address, I had few packages stolen from my home address. Sometimes they scan package at the post office and deliver it next day. As the matter of fact we did not have mail delivery on FRiday at all. Hopefully we ll get our mail on Monday and I will respond/"accept" to Poshmark
