Hi Galina, Poshmark help suggested me to cancel your order, but I'm hesitant to do so. I don't want you to feel bad for your order being cancelled. At least I know I would be disappointed if my online order being cancelled. Can I just send you one of the palettes? Since the main image in my listing is the Metal palette, I'll just assume it is the one you wanted, would that be fine with you?

Hi Galina, I'm so very sorry the coat is too small. I'm a L/XL and sometimes have a difficult time judging sizes. I feel awful you've had an unhappy experience.

I usually try to put measurements in the listings. I wish I had done that for this coat. If you see anything else you like in my closet I'll try to make you an exceptional deal. The only things not included would be the Coach items. Once again, so very sorry.
