Just because they’re following you doesn’t mean they have seen your entire closet, and when you share other Posher's items they typically share your items to their thousands of followers. closetresycle Hello. You purchased a Henri Bendel Jetsetter from someone who mistakenly sent it to me. Your bag was simply put in a cardboard box and mailed. There was absolutely no care in protecting or the packaging your bag. I will repackage so it will not be damaged in the shipping from my house to your house. There is damage to the straps. I don’t know if you purchased it like that or if it was damaged in shipping to my house

misjance24 @closetresycle Hey thanks. I ordered it on the 18th and barely got a status yesterday that it was shipped so I dont know what's going on. They also stated that it was in "great condition with nothing torn". Please send it to me. Thank you for letting me know. I am new and only a purchaser but this hasn't been a great experience.

closetresycle @misjance24 nothing is torn just some of the color is gone in the black handles (looks like white paint). I told the seller that I would be very upset if I received an expensive item shipped like that! Anyway, it’s a lovely bag. You will just need to fix the handles. Take care
