mistrdre I wasn’t aware the soles were not in there, I didn’t ship them, my fiancé did... What happened was that we washed/cleaned the sneakers and insoles were left in laundry room, like I said my fiancé shipped them out!!! I will gladly ship you out the insoles at NO cost to you Also once I ship if you don’t mind changing rating cause that was NOT done intentional and I want to make things right as I’m definitely NOT that guy
