ajtcsu I wanted to let you know that the post office has lost my package - the shoes that you ordered. An investigation has been opened (1-5 days) however I wanted to see if you want me to cancel the order? I am soooo very sorry, sure hope that they find this package.

mpeacock62574 Hi Gary - We thought we were going to have to cancel your order until this morning. Once we list something it has a specific location in the warehouse/stockroom because of the amount of items we are selling. Your item was not in the location that we show in the system which in the world of pretty brown shipping boxes with barcodes where we have the items are packaged and ready for shipment can be like finding a needle in haystack.

mpeacock62574 I actually clicked on your item to cancel after two days of three people frantically looking especially knowing you have a trip coming up this week and got all the way to this type of posh auto response......."are you sure you want to cancel and Please do not list anything that you are not able to ship because it is a major inconvenience for our buyers".

mpeacock62574 We happen to find it in a staging area this morning THANK GOD while working on a project for shipment. With that being said we are VERY SORRY AND VERY EMBARRASSED that your item took so long to ship and wanted to explain. why. I personally felt terrible knowing u wanted it for a trip and had exhausted our search.

We will also check to see how we can get you a gift card as well for posh because of the inconvenience factor and knowing it will not make it for your trip. again we are VERY sorry.
