gark25 @samwinch no problem. I understand these things happen. Would it be possible to stick with Jellycats and replace the missing items with the Huge Blue Rabbit and the Lola Peacock? It doesn’t have to happen today. Let me know what is easiest for you if have to cancel the transaction and have me do a new order or if you can adjust this one. Thanks!

gemmica Hi Gary, you purchased my set of bears yesterday. I just wanted to let you know my printer is having problems that I have been trying to fix since yesterday. I'm on the phone with tech support in a final attempt to fix this, if not I will be getting a new printer, meanwhile I can't print your mailing label. I will have this corrected by the end of today to ship your purchase to you tomorrow. I apologize for the delay. I usually ship same day.
