@grfriedman I Am not sure. I notified Poshmark. I would think they would have notified you by now. This has never happened before. I filled out the information. I will do further research

I read they have notified you. Once you receive wrong item they ask you to send it back. Guess they will send you a label. They have a process. Very sorry

Just to give you an update. The purse arrived and I did what Poshmark said to do regarding receiving the wrong item but I haven’t heard anything back yet. Not really sure what to do now. I can see if I hear anything today and then I’ll let you know.

@erinsbee update, I just got an email from Poshmark telling me to accept the purse since I had received it. I told them I am not accepting it yet. I am going to try again.
