kleinlori Gayle, I am so sorry I had to cancel your order. The handles of the bag left an indentation on the exterior of the bag. No discoloring, but it is as if the clear coating on the linen part of the bag, where the handle drops would lay, made the coating raise up. I’m going to check with valextra to see if it can be fixed but meanwhile I am sick over having to cancel on you and that the bag might not be able to be fixed. I should have made sure the leather handles were inside the bag.
