katzkoz @gayleblakeHey Gayle...to change UR cover pic, on that page go to the top where it says EDIT PROFILE, click on the Little round pic tgat has UR current pic & U can add from there. I think U have to put in a request to Posh to change the name of UR closet at CONTACT POSHMARK

gayleblake @katzkoz Hello. I’m hoping you can help me out quickly. An offer to negotiate a lower price on one of my items and I did a price drop to meet the amount they wanted but it didn’t get shared because it wasn’t at least 10%. How do I say I’ll accept their offer?

katzkoz @gayleblake. Hey...it has to be 10% but if she put an offer in and U want to accept it...U can just go to the offer ...click on VIEW OFFER at the bottom of the items page and it will say DECLINE, ACCEPT or COUNTER. One or the other

katzkoz @gayleblake. OK....then, when U lowered the price it was sent to all the Poshers that "liked" it. That's just showing U who it was sent to Now they have to decide if they'll buy it or counter Don't worry...sit tight. Ull hear soon enough

kimmy2daisy @gayleblake I have one and I just hand wash it and hang dry it...no issues so far. sometimes I put it in the dryer on air dry to fluff it up
