zuzu6431 hi Gayle, so SO sorry but have to ask u a huge favor! the pckg. was overweight 😔 the PM label is up to 5lbs. An upgraded label would cost me $20 bc its 9.6 lbs, would u be ok with me canceling the order & splitting it in to 2 bundles of 2 items , candle & candle holder in 1 & memo board & shell decor piece in another & reduced shipping on both ( sorry I'm on my 20th day in a row at work w/ no days off ) its just been a crazy week here Plz let me know if this works for u , thnk u

zuzu6431 @gayleodland I can understand how that this situation would make me appear unreliable but I promise this was an isolated incident & a first, (I definitely learned my lesson ) before I knew about the weight restriction I accidentally mailed something that weighed over 10 lbs & it arrived without being flagged but heard of others who had to pay the extra fee up to $ 30 at the post office to pick up an overweight pckg.& didnt want to chance it
