@desigenerdeals Hi there! I was disappointed that the condition of the item I received was not in the same condition you had described as "zero wear on them." There are some wear on the bottom sole and a scuff mark on the right shoe.

@gdng so the situation on the shoes was I bought them from someone else believing them to be in new condition, I never wore them and then resold them. The way that you can get your refund back is to repost them on Poshmark listing them for me only, so simply take a picture post them as for sale I will come onto your site and buy them back from you full price. Make sure you configure the right price after Poshmark takes their cut. Then you may ship them back to me at your convenience.

Hi! I was out of town last week and have not posted the shoe yet. I was just about ready to post the shoes for sale, but I have a question for you. You would be willing to purchase the shoe at full price. Are you referring to the cost I had paid for the shoe $14.50 ($12+ $2.50 Postmark commission ) plus the $6.99 additional cost for shipping? If I list for $14.50, I would still be out the $6.99 I paid for shipping. How much would you be willing to refund me for this item?

I have not heard back from you so I take it that you've changed your mind and are not going to honor your word for a refund. I can empathized that you had a bad experience from another seller, but to turn around and do the same this to someone else --that's low! I will definitely need to warn potential buyers about this so that it does not happen again!

I did not have any other means to contact you since you did not respond to my last two messages on August 9 and then on August 23. I reached out to Poshmart Customer Service and got no help from them either. Two more two months have past and still no response, what else am I to think but that you went back on your word. Especially, since our initial transaction did not leave me with a very good impression of you.

Your silence was what got me upset because I felt that I have been mislead twice – first, your confession on July 29 "I bought them from someone else believing them to be in new condition, I never wore them and then resold them" lead me to believe you knew they had been worn; and again by not following through with your offer of a refund.

I have been patience and respectful to everyone involved on this matter, but you did not leave me with any other choice. Having said that, I do appreciate you agreeing to give me a refund. I will take your advise (since I have never sold before) and will list for $28. I will post the item this weekend and you should be able to purchase on Monday.
