kimonokimono @merdalonka I'm behind lol - I use a regular camera, not a cell phone and it makes photos more clear. I also use photography lights (i.e. daylight spectrum) because I live in a dark climate in the woods and light is tough.

agonysdecay Hello :-) so obviously you know about kimonos :-) reason I'm inquiring is because I have one but I don't know anything about them. It was made in Japan or so it says, it doesn't have a size and the material is kind of like American material like more of a t-shirt material. To be continued...

kimonokimono @brjarrard OK, I'm sorry if I wasn't clear enough. I want my buyers to be happy so if I made a mistake or wasn't clear I will always make it right. I'm still pretty new at this so will have to figure out how to refund your money on an accepted item - you can keep the jacket as it was a clearance item - again I'm sorry I wasn't clear.

kimonokimono @brjarrard I don't think there is another way to communicate - I guess you could always put you r email address in here, and I can just redo this listing so it isn't out there. Don't worry about shipping it back - it was a clearance item and would cost more to ship back than the item cost to begin with, and a hassle for you. I'll wait to hear back from Posh, but if they don't have a way to refund then I can just refund you myself - I would refund you shipping, too.

kimonokimono @pw62 You can create a label for up to 10 lb - go into the label app and choose 'heavier label'. If the order is over 10 lb, you'll have to ask the buyer to break it up into two - sometimes I just ship the second box on my dime since they've purchased so much, but not often.
