You would need to reach out to them through the app to see what can be done. If you go into “My Purchases” and click on the item, you can select “Problems” and contact Posh that way.

@genabravo Once it is resolved, I would really appreciate if you could please update your rating because your item was shipped the same day you ordered, within 2 hours of your purchase and unfortunately an issue with USPS is completely out of my hands.
