alylovexo The item you purchased (urban decay heat palette) was NOT NEW so idk what you expected. The item was cleaned, properly sanitized and in good condition (nothing broken or dirty), my home is from a smoke/pet free AND well packaged so it wouldn’t brake during the shipping process. At this point your rating is inaccurate and rated maliciously for your own personal issues. Blocked from my account so you won’t purchase again and won’t do this to me again.
