We are reaching out to you first, to say thank you for your purchase....second, we did in fact ship your item on Wednesday 11/21... sometimes the USPS tracking info doesn’t update immediately. That’s why it doesn’t say “shipped” on your end.

@fibersmith Your shipping label read “2 Day Mail”..... so, you should be receiving today or tomorrow...also, the system will update and you will get a notification saying that your purchase has shipped and began tracking so you can follow.
