genbarr @jdmtdb Just so you know, I was able to find the original box and packaging from the item you sent. There was no glass tray. I tried to give you the benefit of the doubt but my husband confirmed and was with me when I opened it. Because it is Christmas I was willing to overlook the matter but it did ruin my table.

jdmtdb @genbarr the glass tray was wrapped INSIDE a brown sack. I KNOW it was in there because the post office wrapped it for me as I stood there and packaged it!! Do not call me dishonest. I am a very big Christian and God loving person. Being burned by a buyer is not okay! The item was there and correct, you used it incorrectly! You should NEVER pour wax into the burner, it only goes in a tray!

genbarr hello dear and Happy Holidays, I can promise you that if I was "lying" intentionally about an integral part of the item I wanted and purchased. I would definitely not send it back with the piece that I needed to use it, and create a claim. I hope if you have found said piece required to utilize the item, that you can now sell it to someone else and they don't have damage to their table as well. I Liked it, I wanted it, and I am sad to say the sale was a poor choice for me.
