sarahphina83 @genevawillia408 I'm so sorry again that the purse you purchased was not in the condition you or I thought it was. I had no way to refund your money or I would have. The best I knew to do was to send you another to help make up for it. If you don't like the other bag, maybe you can sell it and get your money back that way. I really do apologize, I hated having to send out such an item to anyone.
