eecakcak Hi there, Geneva! You recently purchased my Coach handbag. I am preparing to ship it out, but just looking it over after it's been in storage, I wanted to let you know that I've padded it to smooth out the exterior and I've noticed in some natural lighting the small blemishes may be more visible. I haven't tried removing them in case I am unsuccessful. I hope you enjoy this bag but if you feel it doesn't reflect Good Used Condition, I'll accept the return. Thank you, Kacee

I’m not sure if it’s because I use Poshmark on my browser and not on an app but I was never sent a notification of your response because my name user name wasn’t tagged in your comment - I would have NEVER sent the item troubled either of us over the item. eecakcak @genevaperry747 Do you have V e n m o or P a y P a l ? Please send me your username and total of shipping with tax you paid. Poshmark doesn’t allow the seller to cancel or refund without receiving the item back which is more annoying than the whole ordeal has been for you, I’m so sorry. You may need to include spaces in the usernames so the message can send to me.
