I’m sorry to tell you that when I pulled the dress out it got snagged and caused damage on the front bottom it’s not repairable we can cancel the order if you want

They will send you a pre paid postage label and you send it back with that so no postage is paid from you and they will refund your money as soon as the package registers delivered. Again I apologize for the oversight on my part.
