genhook @chiaraarendt hey there 👋🏼 on my end it says the item is still in transit. Last update is from this morning, says it has arrived in Portland, Oregon. I don’t have access to your shipping label anymore, but does that seem en route to your address? I don’t see anything about Texas on my end. If it on a weird path in the mail, we’ll have to see where it ends up before we can solve the situation. Hopefully not! 😊
