vivavogue Hi @gckarlberg I just saw your review where you gave me four stars, stating my packaging could have been improved. I use a commercial gown size heavy duty plastic. Was there an issue with the UPS box? I work extremely hard to earn and keep my 5 star rating and I’d like to understand what the problem was as. I’d appreciate you getting back to me.

fatalfashion @gckarlberg hello! On my end of the item it says pending shipment scan. Please give it 2 days and if it still doesn’t scan feel free to cancel. I will then contact Poshmark. I’m so sorry this package has been such a hassle 😓

vivavogue @gckarlberg in all my sales I’ve never had an issue. It’s out of any seller’s control what happens to a package in shipping. To put in a review that I need to improve my packaging is wickedly wrong! Every garment I sell is placed in a professional, thick, formal sized, garment bag. Your $15 XS item AND added gift shirt were triple wrapped in the garment bag since they were a tiny size! If the cardboard was crushed you should have returned the both items.
