Hi, I'm sorry, I'm absolutely perplexed over this. I don't know how this happened. I did send out more then one order that day but, I do them one at a time. Further more no one else has claimed an error. Can you please send a description. Brand, size and especially color. My daughter is the picture gal, I don't know how to send either.

Here's some info for you. In the future, when you order something and something is wrong, do not except the order, instead create a case. Once u except, you have no recourse. Can't send a picture through posh etc. Returns r at your or my expense etc.

Do you e-mail? Can you send pic. That way? drjarman@tds.net, there is really nothing we can do through posh. More then three days since delivered, or excepted order closes transaction. I'd like to know what happened and I want you to b a happy returning customer. Ronna
