ciaobellaposher Thanks for the response - am I wrong, but did you actually make the offer - I received a notification at work and pressed the accept private offer button... If the offer is valid, then you can contact customer support for the adjustment. If not, I'll return the sweater and should not be charged for the return ship? I hope you understand? Thank you & sorry for the confusion. I would take a screen capture and send it to you, but don't know how to do it.
