Truthfully, I don't know! I know she's been around a long while. She was purchased with antiques to help support the food shelf locally. That is how we make everyone a winner here. They sell to me for discount rates, I look up items for value price and pass them on to my posh family for About half that. Then The Money Made Goes To Help Others. I drive Trucks to pay my own way.
