manoravenue @ngreeneaz Thank you. If I may ask one question: Have left several comments on several pages listing sunglasses for sale, in which comments I asked for measurement information and also condition information, but haven't received any replies. I just wonder if I'm going about submitting my questions in the wrong way but I don't find any other means of contacting sellers. It's not the same as EBay which has a "Contact Seller" link on each listing page. Thanks.

ngreeneaz If you are doing it like you did this question than you are doing it correctly. Posh asks sellers to respond to questions quickly but you know people are not that reliable. I would look for a closet that is a Posh Ambassador or someone who has over 5000 followers. They are going to be more engaged in the process and will probably be more responsive. Hope that helps.

manoravenue Would you be able to assist me with a problem with which I am not getting any help from Poshmark Support? I'm unable to make any purchases because I have no cell phone & cannot access whatever type of "app" it is that is required to verify identity. I attempt to access my payment sources & am bounced to a page that contains ads. Support asked me for a screen shot of the "error" message which I sent them & I've heard nothing more. I'll be appreciative of any assistance you can give.
