sonjahanczaryk Good morning, just wanted to reach out to you in regards to your shipment. this package was shipped out first thing LAST Monday morning and for some reason there is some shipping delays and the tracking hasn't updated all week. I'm not sure if you got the notification that I did from Poshmark about this. I shipped this item out the same day you purchased it. I'm sorry!

sonjahanczaryk hi again! Poshmark sent me a notification yesterday that tracking has resumed! when I click on the tracking, it states that on May 24th it left the Philadelphia distribution center. I mailed this the same day you ordered it and I sincerely apologize for the delay in recieving your merchandise, it's out of my hands! I strive for quick shipping and guarantee same or next day shipping, I don't know what is going on with the postal service! I'm sorry

I've never had this problem with shipping an item and I've reached out to my post master general bc I honestly believe you should be refunded your shipping costs! priority mail is guaranteed 1-3 days, no way it should have taken 9 days! Your package sat in Philly for a week and that's UNACCEPTABLE! I hope you enjoy your merchandise, have a great day!
