georgeanniap @tab_bowers so how do u do the shipping part once check has been cleared and how do u pay the shipping does the purchaser set that up and do u get the asking price and the 30 dollars

tab_bowers @georgeanniap I hope I’m understanding your questions right. Let me know if this doesn’t help. If you sell an item to someone, they agree to pay the price you listed and shipping. You will get paid your list price (minus Poshmark fee) after the customer has received and confirmed the item was in the condition described. Poshmark will notify you. After that, you can redeem your balance in the app. If all happens electronically.

georgeanniap @tab_bowers so why do they mail u a check and tell you 2 get the money for the dress and the 30 dollars for holding on to it in good shape and once the check is cashed then save the rest 4 delivery when they pickup so how does poshmark get paid out of the merchandise money that I sold not getting it

tab_bowers @georgeanniap This sounds like something you should report to Poshmark. There should be be any sending of money by mail to anyone. Sounds like a scam. I’m sorry to hear that.

georgeanniap @tab_bowers two buyers said that when I sold my two blouses I have not gotten a check yet though but one said about ups delivery of check and the other talked about in the mail I gave them my address 2

tab_bowers @georgeanniap go to your account. (The farthest right icon on the bottom of your screen in the app.) Then scroll towards the bottom to find “Poshmark support center.” Then click on “contact Poshmark support.” Then fill out the form. Looks like you can upload pictures. So take screen shots of your comments back and forth with the other people to upload. Include their full Poshmark name with them as well. You probably need to do one form for each case.
