stbclothes Hi, I just saw the response rating you gave. I am so upset that there was a tear. Your right you received a very good deal, but it should have been in top shape as that is how I do sell all my clothes in top shape. i had a five star rating until now. you knew I was in the hospital so I was not the one who sent it out because I check everything. I take great pride with my Boutique and my customers. If you want you can send the coat back and i will refund you your money.

That all being said, you gave me 3 stars and said I could improve, honestly think was a little harsh considering that I was in the hospital and it was not me who sent the coat. I do apologize but honestly don't believe I deserved that rating. You could have sent a message to me about what happened and I would have rectified the situation.
