@gjanos1 I'm not sure what the choices are for returns and it really doesn't matter but if you can pick a choice that doesn't reflect badly on me or my shop, I would truly appreciate it. Just open a case for a return and I will accept the return.
I hope you will shop with me again soon. I am moving and accepting most offers.
And my grandmother's name was Georgia so I'm just a little partial.....

@gjanos1 She was the one that introduced me to thrifting. She managed a huge Salvation Army store in Memphis. She was an ambassador for "The Army" and traveled the world representing them. She lost her sight, they made adjustments for her and she worked for almost 10 years completely blind. I look like her and she is one of my heros. She started me out looking for old jewelry and the rest is history.... I still have the first pair of earrings we found together. Have a beautiful day. Alicia

I sent emails to posh support and also through the app. Should I mail back the items to you tomorrow? I’m so sorry I’m new to this and not sure what the protocol is for returns. I tried to contact you right away and also emailed Posh-mark who said they are working on it?

@gjanos1 Go to your page, click on your name in the bottom right hand corner. That will open a page without choices. Click on my purchases. It will show everything you have bought. Click on the one that is this sale. It should show problems/inquiry. Click on that and it will lead you through it from there. Just pick a reason for return. That will go to Posh. They will send me a message and I'll tell them to accept the return. They will send you a label.

@gjanos1 I'm not sure of the choices they will give you for the return. If you could pick one that doesn't reflect negatively on me I sure appreciate it. There are no returns for fit or bought the wrong thing on this app so you will have to pick a reason.
