I am SO SORRY!! I always thought for some reason they were 8s. Didn't even look at the size. It was an honest mistake. Would never intentionally mislead.

I have never had an issue with a sale so I had to check on this but from what I can see the process to work through this is for you to start a case with Poshmark Cust Service if you feel you were misled so they can work through your claim. I will be happy to abide by whatever their decision is.

Hi @retrolocity, my words were that I did not believe I was misled (not intentionally). I was trying to be polite and give benefit of the doubt. I’m sorry if that came across wrong.
The shoes seemed great at first but then the soles completely fell apart less than 24 hours after they arrived. I did some reading and apparently this happen occasionally if shoes have been in storage too long.

I reached out to Cust Svc the day you contacted me and other than a "received your message" email back nothing yet. I will look for something from them soon. Was hoping they did respond to you so we could work through them. If they do not get back I will just send you the full amount paid to me by Poshmark for this sale, which will be the price you paid less their 20% fee. I am hoping they respond as I thought they would have at least given the fee they took back to you if they determined that was appropriate. Sorry for these long messages; I am really trying to do what I can from my end to resolve this. Keep me posted.
