leelavere Hi, Im sorry you are not happy with your purchase. I honestly didn't know the zipper was broken as I never used the purse, I only took pics. Also, I never said this was an authentic Michael Kors purse. If you read the other comments, someone asked me and I said I didn't think not was authentic. If you look at my other listings, I always put in caps if something is authentic. I really don't appreciate you changing my rating because you didn't do your due diligence

leelavere @blbettyboop4y You should have asked if it was authentic and I would have told you the same thing I told the other person. Again I'm sorry about the zipper, but that can be fixed
