mpassarello Hi Gina! I’m so sorry I just received an email (that actually went to my spam box) from Poshmark saying they were canceling my order? I emailed them back and told them NOT to do that... I’m not sure why they are doing that? They said something about attempting to contact you and a delayed order?

gina923 @mpassarello the label on the box when it was sent out was wrong and so you need to accept the item because you received it on April 26 and poshmark thinks it wasnt. I have all the tracking info to prove it

mpassarello It won’t let me accept it, I just tried again. I wrote them and told them not to cancel it and it looks like they did anyway! Did you contact them and let them know about the label problem? I will call customer service as well and tell them I need them to un-cancel the order so I can accept it.

mpassarello Hi! I got a response from Poshmark : Thanks for letting us know! We have made this listing available for purchase again. Once it is repurchased, please let us know what the new order number is so we can further assist you. So I guess what I need to do is re-purchase the item so they can take the money back out of my account you will have to let them know it shipped and was delivered so that I can accept the item and you can get payment?

mpassarello It's Ok, it happens! I re-purchased the shoes now and sent a reply to Poshmark with my order number! Hopefully this will fix the problem and you can get paid now! :) P.S. I love the shoes!! ;)
