ewil0428 Hi there! Packing up your Turbo shorts and the dot actually says size 6. I’m sorry I screwed that up! They def ran smaller than my other Turbo shorts which is why I thought they were a 4. Would you still like them, or do you want me to cancel the order? Again, apologies for the mixup!

ewil0428 @ggreenebean sure thing! They’re 14” across when laying flat. Width of leg opening 11.5” when laying flat. Inseam 4”. The plaid fabric doesn’t have as much stretch as my pink and black Turbos, which is why I always considered them smaller 😀 Sorry again for the confusion!

tluv83 hi georgia, I ordered the jcrew pants from you last week. I received the pants and though they are 31/32 like all my other pants, they dont fit. I was wondering if I could return them for a credit to buy something else from you if I returned the pants? I understand if not but I thought I would ask.

ggreenebean @tluv83 just send them all back and we can sort it out. I’ve never had a return so I’m not sure how you do it. I’m sure you just go to the purchases and start it that way. If you can send the pink Polo back too you can have a refund or we can start over from scratch

ggreenebean @ineoch it has to be on the label. Go to your main page with your info. There should be a place that says “May addresses” click that and change it. Let me know so I can see if I can generate a new label.
